Who is Bridging Impact For?
Bridging Impact isn’t for everyone. The podcast is for new professionals with aspirations of being impact-driven leaders who focus on human development.
But aren’t there other leadership development podcasts I could listen to with hosts who have more credible than this Justin Furtado guy?
Absolutely, there’s no questioning that. However, because Justin Furtado is a young, ambitious leader like the listeners, there is an element of understanding. Understanding where you are in your career, and the ambitions of the impact you will create.
The podcast will allow you, the listener, to ask the guests questions, whether it be a live question or a question submitted before the conversation.
Why Bridging Impact?
Again, there are millions of podcasts out there, but none focus on bridging leaders with years of experience to the up-and-coming leaders. It’s an opportunity for cross-generational leadership connection.
Bringing together coaches, teachers, and leaders with years of experience will give the next generation direct access to impactful stories and development experiences.

The podcast guests will be coaches, teachers, and leaders of teams and groups. Many people call themselves coach or leader who doesn’t work directly with groups.
We will focus on those with years of experience leading groups, teams, and classrooms with a proven track record of human development.
They will be top-notch leaders who are impacting countless lives with their work. We promise they will inspire you in every episode you tune into.
When Will the Podcast Launch?
We are intentionally curating an impressive guest list and ensuring the podcast will be of the highest quality for you.
With the holiday season approaching, we want to be mindful of the amount of time we work. Therefore, the launch will most likely be in February after the New Year passes and Justin gets an opportunity to connect with leaders to create an excellent audio experience.
